Before Your Appointment
I'd love to learn more about your goals! Click the link below that says "New Client Request". Fill out as much information as you can about your hair's current state and what your hair goals are.
Once you submit your appointment request, I will reach out to you within 2-3 business days to discover your hair goals. Don’t forget to check your inbox!
After we agree on a date and time, you’ll then get an approval email with appointment details. You'll receive 2 more emails: one to review the solid-hair-ity salon policies and one asking for credit card to hold on file. This is required to secure your appointment slot. If you choose not to input your card info, you can put down a deposit that is credited toward your service.
A confirmation will be sent 1 week before your scheduled visit. A second reminder will be sent 2-3 days before.
If you need to make changes to this appointment, please do so no less than 4 days before your scheduled visit. Online booking will give you 7 days to make appointment changes.
